Stanford Microarray Database by Researcher Dr. Gavin Sherlock (Session 2)
Dr. Gavin Sherlock, Assistant Professor (Research) at Stanford University in the Genetics Department of the School of Medicine. He directed the Stanford Microarray Database, which has produced more than 62,000 microarray experiments using 1,550 researchers in 309 labs, resulting in more than 300 publications. Dr. Sherlock oversees the development of several bioinformatics projects while also pursuing his own research in genetics.
